Just slice your ingredient, slide it into the prep tray with your knife, pop out the tray, and set it aside, and you are ready to start prepping your next ingredient. Three of the trays also come equipped with embossed measure marks for .5, 1, and 1.5 cups so you can have more precise portions while prepping ingredients. The prep trays are neatly stacked in the cutting board for easy and compact storage.
